Junior Golf University

The mission of the Junior Golf University is to educate, promote, and nurture youth through the game of golf. They do this by providing a unique curriculum by teaching golf specific history, rules, etiquette, fitness, and all aspects of the golf swing, promoting the game and junior golfers by offering fun and competitive team tournament formats, and nurturing young people of all socioeconomic backgrounds, using golf as a platform to install leadership and life skills.

Every spring and summer, the JGU sponsors the PING Junior Interclub tournament for junior golfers and is the flagship for the JGU. Tournaments give junior golfers the unique opportunity to compete as a member of a team, in a fun environment for those just starting in the sport of competitive golf.
